The Central Government on Wednesday has announced to extend the last date for registration and completion of RERA Registered Projects by 6 months. This will be applicable to projects to be completed on or after 25 March. No one has to give an application for this personally.


During the announcement of the Economic Package (Economic Package) for many sectors, the Finance Minister said that the regulatory authorities can extend it further for 3 months if needed.


Along with this, the government will also extend the last date of various statutory compliance under RERA. The government said, "These measures will reduce the additional pressure on real estate developers and will ensure that the projects will be completed so that home buyer can get their delivery. They will be able to get homes under the new timeline.
